Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the MyShop Billing application or website. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MyShop Billing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MyShop Billing provides billing, invoicing, inventory management, and accounting tools for small businesses in India. The service includes:

• GST-compliant invoice generation
• Inventory and stock management
• Customer and supplier management
• Business reports including GST reports
• Cloud sync and backup features

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Free Trial: 15 days with full features, no credit card required.
• Premium Plan: ₹75/month, billed monthly through Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through Google Play Store settings.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

4a. Refunds & Cancellations

MyShop Billing subscriptions are purchased and managed exclusively through Google Play Store. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play — we do not process refunds independently.

How to request a refund on Google Play:

• Open the Google Play Store app → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Select MyShop Billing → tap Report a problem or Request a refund
• Alternatively visit play.google.com/store/account

Google's standard refund policy applies: refunds are typically available within 48 hours of purchase. After this window, Google Play's discretion applies. See Google Play refund policy for full details.

To cancel future renewals: Manage your subscription in Google Play → MyShop Billing → Cancel subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities or tax fraud
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the application
• Share your account with others (each business requires its own account)
• Upload false or misleading business information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into MyShop Billing. We do not claim any ownership over your invoices, customer data, or business records. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for business losses due to temporary service outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyShop Billing is a tool to help you manage your business. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your GST filings, compliance with tax laws, and financial decisions. We are not liable for any penalties, losses, or damages arising from use of the app.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
