Refund Policy

๐ฑ All refunds are processed through Google Play Store
MyShop Billing subscriptions are purchased exclusively via Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google โ we do not process refunds outside of Google Play.
1. How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to request a refund through Google Play:

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device and tap your profile icon (top right).

Go to Payments & subscriptions โ Subscriptions.

Find MyShop Billing and tap it.

Tap "Report a problem" or "Request a refund" and follow the prompts.

2. Google Play Refund Timeline
- Within 48 hours of purchase: Refund is almost always approved automatically by Google Play.
- After 48 hours: Google Play reviews requests on a case-by-case basis. We recommend contacting Google Play Support directly.
- Approved refunds typically appear in your account within 3โ5 business days, depending on your payment method.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
To stop future billing, cancel your subscription before the next renewal date:
- Google Play Store โ Profile โ Payments & subscriptions โ Subscriptions โ MyShop Billing โ Cancel subscription
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period โ you will not be charged again after cancellation.
- Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for the current period.
4. Free Trial
MyShop Billing offers a 15-day free trial with full features โ no credit card required. You are not charged anything during the trial. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account is automatically downgraded and no charge is made.
5. What We Cannot Refund
- Partial months โ subscriptions are billed monthly and are not prorated.
- Purchases made outside Google Play (if any future channel is added, the respective platform's policy applies).
- Refund requests submitted more than 2 years after purchase (Google Play limitation).
