MyShop Billing subscriptions are purchased exclusively via Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google โ€” we do not process refunds outside of Google Play.

1. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to request a refund through Google Play:

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device and tap your profile icon (top right).

Go to Payments & subscriptions โ†’ Subscriptions.

Find MyShop Billing and tap it.

Tap "Report a problem" or "Request a refund" and follow the prompts.

To stop future billing, cancel your subscription before the next renewal date:

MyShop Billing offers a 15-day free trial with full features โ€” no credit card required. You are not charged anything during the trial. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account is automatically downgraded and no charge is made.
