Download the app, sign up with your email, enter your shop name and GSTIN. Your first invoice can be ready in under 3 minutes.

🧾 How do I create a GST invoice?

Go to Sales Invoice β†’ Add items β†’ Select customer β†’ Choose payment method β†’ Save. The app auto-calculates CGST and SGST.

πŸ“¦ Can I scan barcodes to add products?

Yes! On the invoice screen, tap the barcode icon. Point your camera at the product barcode and it adds the item automatically.

πŸ‘₯ How do I add staff / counters?

Go to Settings β†’ Staff Management β†’ Add Staff. Set a username and PIN. Staff can log in with their credentials and access their counter.

πŸ’¬ How do I share invoices on WhatsApp?

After saving an invoice, tap the Share button. Select WhatsApp to share a PDF directly with the customer's phone number.

πŸ“Š How do I get GST reports?

Go to Reports β†’ GST Reports. Select the month and download GSTR-1 or GSTR-3B summary as Excel/CSV to send to your CA.

πŸ’° How do I send payment reminders?

Go to Customers β†’ tap the bell icon (πŸ””) to see overdue customers. Tap the WhatsApp button next to any customer to send a reminder.

⏸ Can I handle multiple bills at once?

Yes! While creating an invoice, tap the Pause button (⏸) to hold the current bill. Start a new one, then restore held bills anytime.

πŸ“± How do I add UPI QR to invoices?

Go to Settings β†’ enter your UPI ID (e.g. yourname@upi) β†’ Save. All future invoices with pending amounts will show a scannable QR code.

☁️ How does auto backup work?

Go to Security Settings β†’ Enable Auto Backup. Connect your Google account. Your data is backed up daily to your Google Drive automatically.

⭐ How do I upgrade to Premium?

After your 15-day free trial, you can upgrade to Premium for β‚Ή75/month from within the app or contact us on WhatsApp for assistance.

πŸ“Ά Does the app work offline?

Yes! Core features work offline. Data syncs automatically when you reconnect to the internet. A banner shows when you're offline.

🏷️ How do I print barcode / QR labels?

Go to Inventory β†’ tap the label icon (🏷️) in the top bar. Select products, choose sheet size (ST-8 to ST-65), pick Barcode or QR Code, set copies, then tap Print.

🎨 Can I change the bill design / template?

Yes! Go to Settings β†’ Bill Template. Choose from 5 designs: Classic, Modern, Minimal, Corporate, or GST Detail. The change applies to all future invoices.

⏸️ How do I hold a bill and start a new one?

While creating an invoice tap the Pause button (⏸) in the top bar. The bill is held. Tap it again to see all held bills and restore any one to continue billing.
